Building Construction” LLC is a company operating in the field of construction since 01.02.2011 when it was registered at the National Registration Center in Tirana, Albania. “Building Construction” LLC is part of ENERGY DEVELOPMENT GROUP, a Joint Stock Company, compound by other companies, investing mostly in the energetic sector in the Republic of Albania and Kosovo.
The main principle and purpose on establishment of this company has been the investment in the construction sector, particularly in the construction of industrial and civil buildings, aiming the best quality for realization of these works, in accordance with contemporary standards and technical conditions of implementation, applicable in the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Normal activity of “Building Construction” LLC, also includes import, export, manufacture, marketing, sale, delivery of various building materials and electro-mechanical equipments and machinery, wholesale and retail equipments, in the form of raw, semi-finished or finished materials etc. Company can exercise in the construction of plants producing electricity and its distribution in the assembly and disassembly of technical metal towers, etc. The company has as main goal the pursuit of satisfaction and confidence of costumers, this is the reason why our employees have as main prerogative listening and understanding the specific requirements of customers, in order to identify efficient and customized solutions for each individual requirement.

“Building Construction” shpk has proven to possess all the necessary capacity, heavy machineries and tools, to conduct its main activity, thus the construction of industrial and civil buildings, choosing to approach a qualified and long-term experience in the construction field. For this reason, on 21.03.2011, Building Construction was equipped with the Professional License from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
Building Construction has finished successfully some important projects, that not only have influenced in the creation of a great company reputation nationally wide, but have also directly contributed in creating a high standard performance.
The company “Building Construction” shpk, has been entrusted by the most well-known and successful television in Albania, the “Top Channel” SHA television, the implementation of a high importance and ambitious project, such as the “Construction of headquarters, offices and television studios where the “Top Channel” sh.a. will perform its activities and shoot its TV programs.
This achievement, in such a short time, is made possible thanks to the ability of the management staff of “Building Construction” SHPK, by leading this project with good professional human resources, tools and qualitative materials used for this purpose, and thanks to the outmost commitment of all the people involved in this project, to use every moment of time available for its implementation.
Building Construction has been involved in almost all the projects that the “Energy Development Group” JSC has undertaken, such as: Cërruja Project, Pobreg Project, Dikanc Project. Building Construction has been responsible for the civil construction works, mostly of all the hydro power plants that the group has put into operation during this year and others that are under construction.
Building Construction has totally performed the civil works and the optic fiber installations for the Residence of Embassy of Unites States of America in Albania.
Building Construction has also undertaken and completed the full construction of factory “Alsi&Co” shpk and is actually widely preferred by several companies to undertake their projects, thanks to the results achieved so far.
